Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of NE Education's Website and services. By accessing this website and utilizing our B2B services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Product Customization & Design Approval

Customized products (including ID cards, uniforms, printed stationery) require customer approval of digital proofs before production begins. Once a design is formally approved by the institution's authorized representative, NE Education is not liable for any typographical or design errors present in the approved proof.

3. Orders, Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, but confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price. Bulk orders may require a minimum advance payment as specified in the official quotation.

4. Production & Delivery

Estimated production and delivery timelines will be provided upon order confirmation and design approval. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) will not be grounds for order cancellation without mutual agreement.

5. Product Quality & Returns

We pride ourselves on quality. Any manufacturing defects or deviations from approved specifications must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Customized goods cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a demonstrable manufacturing defect on our part.

6. Intellectual Property

The client warrants that they have the legal right to use all logos, crests, and trademarks provided to us for the purpose of customizing their orders. We claim no ownership over the institutional branding provided by our clients.
